World Touring Exhibitions is delighted to announce that Giant Soft Bricks Playland is now officially open at the Discovery Center Museum in Rockford, Illinois, where it will be hosted from 15 November 2025 to 1 February 2026. In its first three days, the Discovery Center Museum has already welcomed over 1300 visitors, demonstrating the Playland’s exceptional audience appeal and immediate impact.

This vibrant, modular, and highly interactive installation transforms play into a world of creativity and movement. Designed for children aged 1–12, the Giant Soft Bricks Playland provides a safe, sensory-rich environment where young visitors can build, climb, and imagine using oversized, lightweight EPP soft bricks in endless configurations.

The Discovery Center Museum team delivered an exceptional installation, showcasing how the Playland naturally attracts families, encourages longer dwell time, and supports hands-on learning in a dynamic, colourful setting.

As producer of this travelling experience, World Touring Exhibitions now invites museums, science centres, cultural institutions, and shopping destinations to discover the Playland live in Rockford and explore bringing this high-impact family attraction to their own venue. The Playland is available for short-term or seasonal hire and is provided with full soft-brick sets, flooring, barriers, installation team, and promotional support.
