  • Handle all logistics including crating, customs documentation, and insurance.

  • Coordinate global shipping for safe and efficient movement of exhibits.

  • Leverage experience in Carnets, import/export, and international standards.

  • Manage on-site setup with precision and efficiency.

  • Ensure all components are safely assembled and professionally presented.

  • Provide training or handover support to the host venue’s team if needed.
