Our exhibitions have been displayed in venues between 200sqmt to 2500sqmt, and over 5000sqmt when more exhibitions have been combined together for special events.

How Does It Work
In this section, we are going to explain the process of hiring an exhibition from us.

Pre-Sale
After-Sale

Once the contract is signed, we will secure the chosen exhibition(s) for you.
​

You send us the venue layout with the exhibition area clearly marked to include dimensions and explanations in English.
​

Our design team will customise the exhibition layout to match your venue layout (depending on the nature of the exhibits) and discuss with you any further improvement, requests of yours, or doubts you may have.
​

The exhibition(s) will be transported to the venue for installation (costs on either you or us, depending on contract and rider).
​

We/You arrange the hotel, perdiem, transportation, etc for our crew (costs on either you or us, depending on contract and rider).
​

You organise local crew, machinery, etc to support our crew during installation (as per rider).
​

Installation: our crew will lead your local crew and use of machinery to complete the installation. Once the installation is complete, unless there is a special agreement requiring one of us to stay, our crew will leave. The days needed for installation do vary depending on the exhibition, but is usually between 3 and 7 days (only few exhibitions require longer than that): please check each exhibition's page for load-in/out and transportation details.

During the period the exhibition is displayed, our office team will always be available for you to contact during working hours.

Choose the exhibition(s) you are interested in from our roster at https://www.worldtouringexhibitions.com/hire-temporary-touring-exhibitions. If what you are looking for is not on our list, contact us anyway and from our large database of trusted partners we may still be able to satisfy your request.

​Together with the exhibitions of interest, let us know via email or phone the following too: venue name & size, length of rental period and dates, budget (when possible).

​Our sales team always replies quickly providing: exhibitions availability (based on your interest) and quotes (based on the rental period). We are of course available to videochat via Zoom or Skype or other platform of your choice to discuss further details. If required, we can offer you suggestions on how to make the best of your space and maximise the success of the chosen exhibition.

​After having mutually agreed on all points, we will send you our standard contract.
When The Exhibition Rental Period Is Finished

Once the exhibition rental period is finished, our crew will take care of the load-out.

We/You arrange the hotel, perdiem, transportation, etc for our crew (costs on either you or us, depending on contract and rider).

You organise local crew, machinery, etc to support the load-out (as per rider).
​

Load-out: our crew will work together with and lead your local crew and use of machinery to complete the load-out process. We will arrange trucks or containers to move the exhibition to the next client's venue (costs on either you or us, depending on contract and rider).
